Ingredients:
- Rice flour - 1 cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Salt
- Coconut oil – 1 tsp
1.Boil water in a vessel. Add enough salt and a spoon of oil
to the water.
2.Add rice flour to this boiling water and mix well.Switch
off the flame and knead with a spoon .
3.Knead the flour well and make the dough even when the
flour is warm.Make small balls from the dough.
4.Make flattened pathiri from the balls with a chapatti press
or roller.
5.Heat a pan and place the pathiri on medium flame.Keep
pressing when the bubble rise up.Remove from flame when small spots starts
appearing.It shouldn’t turn brown.
